Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are senior citizens and are falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the postmortem report and to the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the parents of the deceased and the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the neighbours.

Considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
