Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

Considering the explanation provided by the petitioner for not being able to surrender before the learned Trial Court and pray for bail, I am inclined to allow the application. Let the petitioner surrender before the learned Trial Court within four weeks from this date in terms of the order dated 05.02.2025 passed by this Court in CRM (A) 145 of 2025. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
