Despite an opportunity having been given to the Officer-in-Charge, Kashipur Police Station to come back with a report as to whether any first information report had been registered on the basis of the complaint filed by the petitioner dated September 30, 2021, no information has been supplied to the learned advocate who appears on behalf of the State respondents. The Officer-inCharge, Anandapur Police Staton, however, has filed a report. The same is taken on record.

It is the specific contention of the petitioner that when the petitioner went to lodge an FIR before the Kashipur Police Station with regard to the alleged incident, a general diary was registered on September 13, 2021.

Thereafter, the petitioner made representations before the Officer-in-Charge, Bhangar Police Station, Officer-in-Charge,

Anandapur Police Station and the Superintendent of Police, South 24 Parganas, Baruipur Police District. The court is not convinced with the facts as narrated in the writ petition. The writ petition lacks proper pleadings. The learned advocate for the petitioner is also not in a position to apprise the court as to the exact date, time and details of the incidents, alleged. It also appears from the records that the petitioner has made representations before all the authorities apart from the Officer-in-Charge, Kashipur Police Station. The service upon the respondent nos. 8 to 13 is also not complete. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Superintendent of Police, South 24 Parganas, Baruipur Police District, with the details of the allegations which he complains of in the writ petition. If such complaint is filed, the Superintendent of Police shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
