From the records it appears that on 3rd September, 2010 this appeal was dismissed. On 11th December, 2018 application for restoration of the appeal was filed. On 30th January, 2019 appeal was restored after condoning the delay in filing of the application for restoration and appellant was directed to comply with directions passed on 4th January, 2010 within two weeks i.e. for filing of requisite, even then order was not complied with.

None appears on behalf of the appellant in spite of call.

The instant appeal along with connected applications stand dismissed for default.
