Additionally learned advocate submits that no offence under the provision of cheating and criminal breach has been made out against the petitioner and he is ready to cooperate with the investigation.

Learned advocate appearing for the State produces the case diary and draws the attention of this Court to the bank transactions and also to the fake joining letter. Having regard to the nature of allegations and the materials so far collected by the investigating agency and the complicity of the petitioner, we are of the opinion that the petitioner is not entitled to privilege of anticipatory bail Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
