Perused the office report dated 14.01.2025.

It transpires from the office report that by virtue of the order dated 18.12.2024, the concerned department was directed to revisit the report as regards T.C.R.

It is reported that in respect of thorough searching of department could not be traced out the T.C.R till date.

In view of the above, it appears that though it is stated by the Ld. Additional District and Sessions Jude, 2nd Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas by virtue of the letter dated 08.10.2024 that the T.C.R in connection with Title Appeal No.

514/82 arising out of Title Suit no. 90/67 has already been transmitted to the Hon'ble Court, but the same could not be traced out from the office record of the Hon'ble Court as yet.

Hence, a reminder be immediately sent to the concerned court for supplying the detail of the memo number and date of the T.C.R within two weeks from date.
