None appears on behalf of either of the parties. Record reveals that the parties have not been taken steps in this proceeding for a considerable period of time. The last order was passed on August 14, 2012 where the Receiver was directed to take physical possession of decreetal premises with the help of the police. In such circumstances Rule stands discharged. Connected applications, if any, stand dismissed for default.
