The letter issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Asansol Durgapur Development Authority dated 2nd November, 2022, submitted by the petitioner is taken on record.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to the letter dated 2nd November, 2022, which records that the proposal for construction of a residential-cum-commercial complex on the leasehold land of the ADDA shall be considered after the present writ petition has been withdrawn by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions not to proceed with the writ petition any further.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 958 of 2021 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, all connected applications being CAN 2 of 2021, CAN 3 of 2021, CAN 4 of 2021, CAN 5 of 2022 and CAN 6 of 2022 are disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
