Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the victim recorded before the learned Magistrate and the statements of witnesses and the medical report and the fact that the present petitioner is the principal accused in this case, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.
