1. Perused the report filed by the Chief Medical Officer of Health, South 24 Parganas signed on 10th February, 2025.

2. The report mentions that the patient was brought to the Out Patient Department of the Calcutta Pavlov Hospital on 10th February, 2025 and after detailed clinical examination by the attending psychiatrist, the patient has been admitted in the male ward of the said Hospital.

3. It appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed for the time being.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
