Petitioner is in custody for 210 days. It is submitted that there was a love affair between the parties. Subsequently, a marriage was solemnized. Out of depression, she committed suicide.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. She submits victim-housewife committed suicide within five months of marriage.

We have considered the materials on record. The victim was tortured at the matrimonial home. She committed suicide within five months of her marriage.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
