Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the police filed charge sheet and, therefore, further detention of the petitioners is not required. Moreover, some of the persons named in the first information report were discharged in the charge sheet submitted by the police.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioners were last seen together with the deceased. There is close circuit television footage.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpires from the materials in the case dairy, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM (DB) 135 of 2022 is dismissed.
