It appears from the instructions that police have taken steps. The parties are advised to live in peace with each other since they are all the members of a residential complex.

The Baguiati Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
