Petitioner is aggrieved that her representation with the local police as well as the Superintendent of Police did not yield any result. Such representation was made on 18.12.2023. Petitioner is aggrieved as she was unable to cultivate in her own land and has been restrained and threatened by the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the State submits that at the relevant point of time on receipt of such information police authorities drew a proceeding under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

More than 16 months have passed when such information was furnished before the police authorities. If the inconveniences still continus, petitioner would file a fresh representation with the Officer-in-Charge, Namkhana Police Station, who would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 820 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
