1. Mr. Bikash Ranjan Bhattacharyya, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant has prayed for time to comply the order dated 16.5.2025 by four weeks.

2. The time to comply the order dated 16.5.2025 is extended peremptorily by four weeks from date.

3. The application being CAN 17 of 2025 is disposed of. CAN 18 of 2025

4. This is an application for direction upon the NTPC to supply calculation of the arrear amount of salary payable under the order dated 16.5.2025.

5. NTPC while making payment shall provide the necessary calculation in terms of the order dated 16.5.2025.
