For the petitioners TPhis application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is for expeditious disposal of the Other Suit No.90 of 2009 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Berhampore, Murshidabad. Considering the nature of prayer, i.e., expeditious disposal, I find hardly any necessity to ask for service of notice upon the opposite parties. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with. The learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Berhampore, Murshidabad, is requested to dispose of the Other Suit No.90 of 2009, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties in any case, save and except extreme urgency. With the above observation, the revisional application, being CO 121 of 2023, stands disposed of. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners is at liberty to bring this order to the notice of

the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Berhampore, Murshidabad, forthwith.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
