Akhan ... for the respondent nos.7 to 10 The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer that there has been unnecessary interference with the construction which is raised by him. To that effect, an information was sent to the superior officers of the police authorities.

However, no action has been taken.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 7 to 10 submits that the land which has been claimed is a patta land and the respondents are in possession of the said land.

A report has been submitted by

the Inspector-in-charge of Dholahat police station, which reflects that one G.D. Entry was recorded by the concerned ASI, namely, Sibu Pada Samadder, who went for an enquiry, thereafter, drawn up a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS.

Having considered the nature of the accusation(s) which is against the police officers, I direct that, henceforth, in respect of the issues concerned, the petitioner would, if faced with any adverse circumstances from the police authorities, inform the SDPO, Mandirbazar, who would assess the ground reality and exercise his/her power in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 967 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. copies of the report be

handed over to both the parties.
