The petitioner's first application for transfer came back to him from the end of the School Service Commission on 30.08.2021. The petitioner files the second application on 24.09.2021 when the entire colour of the transferability of the single teacher has changed after coming into the force of the circular dated 22.09.2021 clarifying the transfer of single teacher and thereby question has been put on the transferability of the single teacher in a post in a

school.

I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools to look into the matter without sending it back to the petitioner if any local arrangement can be made within a reasonable time and to communicate his decision as to any local arrangement to the petitioner by two months from the date of communication of this order.

With this direction, this writ application is disposed of.
