In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 The petitioner seeks condonation of delay in filing the revisional application.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Good grounds being shown, the application is allowed. Delay in filing the revisional application is condoned.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of. In Re: CRR No. 211 of 2025 The petitioner has assailed the order dated 25th August, 2023 passed by the learned Judge, Special Court Chanchal, Malda in Special Case No.73/2018 directing

issuance of warrant of arrest against him. The petitioner was initially on bail and did not appear before the learned Trial Court on 25th August, 2023 and on several earlier occasions for which warrant of arrest was issued against him.

The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the learned Trial Court within a fortnight from date. If the petitioner surrenders before the learned Trial Court within a fortnight from date, he shall be allowed to remain on the same bond.

In the event the petitioner fails to surrender before the learned Trial Court within the stipulated time frame, the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the petitioner in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

The warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner vide order passed on 25th August, 2023 be stayed till 18th February, 2025.

The revisional application being CRR 211 of 2025 is disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
