1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept on record.

2. By way of filing this writ petition the petitioner seeks to implement the order dated 10th July, passed by the District Magistrate, Murshidabad. By the said order the District Magistrate directed the Sub-Divisional Officer, Domkal to take up the matter with the SubDivisional Police Officer, Domkal, the Block Development Officers of both Domkal and Jalangi Development Blocks and the authorities, namely, the Regional Manager of WBSEDCL and Senior Manager of Engineering Projects (India) Ltd to adopt all necessary measures for completion of the project for establishment of a crematorium in the land in question within six months from the date of communication of this order. The SubDivisional Officer was further directed to send an

action report to the office of the District Magistrate within a month.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of such order, the matter has not been progressed upto the satisfaction. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Magistrate, Murshidabad to monitor the entire project so that the project is completed expeditiously but not later than four months from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
