Petitioner complains that in spite of having approached the civil court and the learned civil court in Title Suit No.379 of 2024 having directed that the present petitioner should not be disturbed in respect of his peaceful possession, the same is not being complied with.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the said order being passed, a notice of eviction has been handed over. Petitioner complains of further harassment.

A report has been submitted by the State.

Report reflects that presently the issue is relating to illegal parking of the car.

Learned advocate for the private respondent no.4. submits that the incidents complained of are fabricated set of facts on which the foundation has been created.

Be that as it may, since the civil court is in seisin of the matter and already two criminal cases being Liluah P.S. Case No.513 of 2024 and Liluah P.S. Case No.509 of 2024 have been investigated by the police authorities and charge-sheet submitted before the jurisdictional court, I am of the view that both the parties are at loggerhead. Accordingly, the police authorities would keep surveillance in respect of any dispute cropping up between the parties which may not blow out of proportionate. Police authorities would also additionally oversee that no untoward incident takes place because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties. If any complaint from any of the parties is received, police authorities would conduct an enquiry to restore peace.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 969 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
