Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had made online application for empanelment of TET-2014 qualified candidates but on each occasion, in the screen of the computer it is shown as "Error and application with notes Entered Combination is invalid. Please try again".

Mr. Biswas, learned Counsel appears for the Board.

Heard both the parties.

The Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, Kolkata being the respondent no. 3 is requested to consider this writ petition as a representation before him.

Let the writ petition/representation of the writ petitioner be considered by the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, Kolkata being the respondent no. 3 within a period of three weeks

from today.

Learned Advocate on record of the petitioner is requested to serve a copy of this writ petition along with a copy of this order to the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, Kolkata within seven days.

With the above direction WPA 975 of 2021 is disposed of.

Since no affidavits have been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. There will be no order as to costs.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
