It is submitted that the private respondent has since surrendered and obtained bail.

The District Judge, North 24 Parganas at Barasat has also submitted a report before this Court. This Court notes that the District Court, North 24 Parganas at Barasat has taken appropriate steps under the relevant Statute for enforcing its order of maintenance. The said report is taken on record. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
