2. Nobody appeared for the petitioners on 31.7.2025 and 14.8.2025.

3. Sri Chatterjee, learned counsel for the State filed a report on affidavit on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 4. The same is taken on record.

4. Sri Chatterjee apprises that the prayer clause shows that the petitioners have raised objection about construction of a Tourist Complex by the name of "TARABITAN" and the construction is over.

5. It appears that petitioners have lost interest in the matter and cause does not survive.

6. Accordingly, PIL is dismissed for want of prosecution.
