Inadvertent error has crept into the order dated 12th July, 2023.

In the 3rd paragraph of 2nd page of the order, "Section 10 of the National Highways Act, 1964" be read as "Section 10 of the West Bengal Highways Act, 1964". The Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction accordingly.

Let this order be treated as a part of the order dated 12th July, 2023.

The remaining portion of the order shall remain unaltered.
