Mr. Amarta Ghosh, learned Advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner does not intend to proceed further with this application as final report has been submitted in connection with G.R. Case No. 1988 of 2016 (arising out of Jorabagan P.S. Case No. 183 of 2016) and as such the present revisional application has become infructuous.

Learned advocate for the petitioner files certified copy of order and final report. Let it be kept with the record. Mr. Sanat Kumar Das, learned Advocate appears on behalf of opposite party No. 2.

Mr. Arijit Ganguly with Mr. Nirupam Dhali, learned Advocates appear on behalf of the State.

In view of above submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the present revisional application stands dismissed as withdrawn and is disposed of.

All connected applications also stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
