The petitioner is in a rather untoward situation, having purchased a flat from the respondent No.10, which, they subsequently found to be possessed by the respondent No.11, claiming a prior sale in her favour. However, the respondent No.10 appears to be the main mischief maker. 3.

However, the petitioners have not yet taken steps to approach the police authorities or lodge a complaint in respect of such acts of commission and/or omission of the respondent No.10.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the police authorities with such complaint, if so advised. 5.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

Since affidavits have not been called for, allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied.
