Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the report which states that there is nothing adverse as against the opposite party obtaining bail. Considering that there is no adverse report against the person obtaining the bail, we are unable to allow the prayer for cancellation of bail.

C.R.M. 382 of 2021 is dismissed accordingly.
