The petitioners complain that the private respondents are interfering with the possession of their properties.

The petitioners have addressed a complaint to Bhangar Police Station but in vain.

This Court is of the view that the petitioners may seek civil remedies in that regard.

The Inspector-in-charge, Bhangar Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the locale and police shall also strictly comply with any order that may be passed by the Civil Court in this regard.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
