The revisional application is misconceived.

The petitioner has directly approached the High Court for stay of the Title Execution Case No.11 of 2018. The proper course of action for the petitioner would be to approach the appropriate court where the Title Execution Case No.11 of 2018, i.e., the court of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Ranaghat, Nadia, with his prayer. Such course of action was not adopted by the petitioner.

Under such circumstances, the revisional application is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
