1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had repeatedly raped the victim and blackmailed her on the threat that he would upload her objectionable pictures. Her relations were threatened when they intervened. In view of the incriminating materials implicating the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
