Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondent nos. 7 to 15 are creating disturbances in course of the programmes which are being conducted by them. petitioner claims that the organization is involved in social activities which includes blood donation camp, other health camps for eye operation and related issues as also conducts pujas but the private respondents have been interfering and by flexing their muscles are bent upon to harass the members of the petitioner organization in course of such programmes being held. Report has been submitted by the State which reflects that police authorities have already registered a case in respect of petitioner's complaint under Section

175(3) of the B.N.S.S. which was filed before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, and to that effect Rabindra Sarobar P.S. Case No. 10 dated January 15, 2025 has been registered. The investigation of the case is still in progress.

Petitioner intends to conduct certain programmes on January 23, January 26 and January 30, 2025. If proper permissions have been obtained for conducting such programmes, the police authorities would render assistance to the organizers of the petitioner for smooth and proper conduct of the said programmes. No hindrance be created either at the instance of the private respondents or any other person and to that extent police authorities would extend their cooperation. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA No. 1208 of 2025 is disposed of.

The reports submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report submitted by the Officer-in-charge, Rabindra Sarobar Police Station be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
