Error apparent on the face of the record of the DL-1 13.10.2023 Court No.655 (AD) judgment and order dated September 22, 2023 be corrected as follows.

In the second line of paragraph 53 at page 28 of the judgment and order dated September 22, 2023, the noting "(SA 1820 of 2007)" be replaced with "(SAT 1820 of 2007)". Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in the judgment and order dated September 22, 2023.

Other portions of the judgment and order shall remain the same.
