2. Sufficient grounds have been disclosed in the application for the absence of the petitioner on the concerned date when the writ petition was dismissed for default.

3. Since none appeared for the respondents on the said date, applying the principle of Order IX Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure, no further service of notice on the respondents is being directed.

4. In view of the above, C.A.N. 1 of 2022 is allowed, thereby recalling the order dated November 11, 2022 passed in W.P.A. 1001 of 2021 and restoring the said writ petition to its original file and number.

5. The writ petition shall now be placed before the regular Bench for hearing in due course.
