Mr. Sanyal, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that despite being eligible for admission in M.B.B.S course, the petitioner was unable to participate in the College Mop up round for the purpose of getting admission due to technical glitch in the automated procedure of West Bengal Medical Council Committee.

Mr. Roy, learned Counsel appears for the National Medical Commission.

Mr. Bandopadhyay, learned Counsel appears for the State.

Heard all the parties.

The college authorities are requested to allow the petitioner to participate in the College Mop up round in M.B.B.S. admission, if the petitioner is

otherwise eligible for selection and the petitioner's admission will be subject to her merit position. The writ petition being WPA 1003 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit have been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
