An affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Chairman, Dankuni Municipality. The reasoned order dated 9th July, 2024 is annexed therein.

The petitioners appear to be dissatisfied with the order passed by the Municipality.

I am afraid that the correctness and legality of the reasoned order cannot be gone into in the contempt application.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of.

It will be open for the petitioners to approach the competent forum for relief, if so advised.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties or their advocates on record expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
