Mr. Aditya Mondal ...for the Appellants Due to typographical mistake, in the judgment dated 6.9.2023, the representatives of the respondent, namely, "Mrs. Mantra Jana and others" shall be deleted and in its place "Mrs. Mamta Jana & others" shall be inserted and in the last page of the judgment at paragraph 18, the number of the suit i.e. "Title Suit no. 265 of 1995" shall be deleted and in its place "Title Suit no. 265 of 1993" shall be inserted. Other portions of the judgment shall remain unaltered.

Let the correction be incorporated and be made part of the judgment dated 6.9.2023.
