The said examination was scheduled to be commenced from January 13, 2023. The last date for deposit of fees was 2nd January, 2023.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that due to physical illness of the petitioner, he could not deposit the fees within the stipulated time. It appears that the said examination has been postponed and re-scheduled on February 9, 2023. Since the future of the student is involved, taking a lenient view of the matter, I permit the petitioner to deposit the required fees physically with the respondent no. 3 within 72 hours from date. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible, the University will permit the petitioner to appear in the examination which is scheduled to be held on and from February 9, 2023.

With the aforesaid observation, WPA 856 of 2023 is disposed of.
