It appears from the report that the investigation with regard to the First Information Report is yet to be concluded.

Learned Advocate appearing for the private respondents submits that his clients surrendered before the jurisdictional Court and obtained bail.

It appears from the records that there are disputes between the private parties relating to an immovable property. A civil Suit is pending.

In such circumstances, since the police are continuing with the investigation and since there subsists a civil suit between the private parties relating

to an immovable property, further interference by the Writ Court is not called for.

WPA 1007 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
