In compliance with the earlier order dated 21.04.2026, it appears that a reminder was issued upon the learned Judge, MACT, Durgapur by speed post with A/D vide Memo No. 1106 FMA No. 3445 of 2013 dated 22nd April, 2026, seeking a report as to whether the Trial Court Records (in short 'TCR') have been received by the learned Trial Court.

It further appears from the records that, in reference to the earlier communication vide Memo No. 591 FMA 3345 of 2013 dated 26th February, 2026 a report has since been received from the learned Trial Court, from which it transpires that the TCR have been received in the office of the Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Durgapur-cum-Judge, MACT, Durgapur on 8th January, 2026.

Learned advocate Mr. Sanjay Mukherjee and Mr. C. Pal are appearing for the appellants.

Perused the office report dated 30th April, 2026.

In view of the above, the learned advocate for the appellants is directed to take appropriate steps regarding the deficit Court-fees before the Tribunal within a period of two weeks from the date.
