None appears for the respondents.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that the private respondent has encroached upon a portion of the State Highway by constructing a cycle garage therein illegally, thereby obstructing the egress and ingress of the petitioners.

The petitioners submitted a representation before the concerned authority in this regard on 31st December, 2021 which is yet to be disposed of.

The petitioners pray for a direction upon the concerned authority to consider the representation at the earliest.

Having considered the submission made on behalf of the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 8th respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 31st

December, 2021 within a period of three months from the communication of this order after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties including the petitioners and the private respondent, in accordance with law.

With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA 769 of 2022 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
