In Re. CAN 3 of 2023 This is an application for appropriate order. Heard the learned advocate for the respondent. It is the submission of the learned advocate for the respondent that the name of the sole respondent was mentioned in the Memo of the Appeal to be Chandraboti Jatuya. At the time of preparation of the Aadhar Card as well as voter card, the name of the respondent was prepared as "Chandra Jatuya". So, he prayed for necessary amendment.

Heard the learned advocate and perused the application including copy of the Aadhar Card. Considering the same, CAN 3 of 2023 is disposed of with a direction that the department shall make correction regarding the name of the respondent within a fortnight. The concerned department is directed to handover the cheque in the name of the "Chandra Jatuya". All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
