It is found from the aforesaid report that the administrative notice sent to the sole appellant has returned with the endorsement "Deceased".

None appears to move the applications for substitution of legal heirs of the deceased appellant, Lakshmi Narayan Pal Chowdhury.

In view of the above, both the appeals along with all connected applications stand dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order along with the Lower Court Records be sent to the learned Court below for information in accordance with the rules.
