Petitioner has prayed for transfer from her present school to another school after being appointed as a selected candidate on conclusion of the selection process namely 1st State Level Selection Test (SLST), 2016 for classes XI and XII.

Learned advocates representing the parties submit that entire selection process i.e. 1st SLST, 2016 for classes IX, X, XI and XII has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of pendency of the issue before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, at present no order need be passed in the present writ petition.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law in future, if situation so arises.
