Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner complains that the petitioner is running a school under the name 'Blooming Bud Day School'. The petitioner has expressed inconveniences and problems for running the said school.

I find that the information was furnished before the superior officer of police on 05.12.2022. Almost two years are approaching from the date when the representation was filed. There may be changed circumstances. In such circumstances, I direct the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the Superintendent of Police, Diamond Harbour Police District, South 24Parganas who would consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably

within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such communication.

The petitioner is directed to submit such representation both by way of hand service in the office of the Superintendent of Police, Diamond Harbour Police District as well as by Speed Post with A/D.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 864 of 2023 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
