Mr. Saikat Banerjee Mr. Koushik Chowdhury ..for the Board Mr. Arjun Roy Mukherjee Mr. Shayak Chakraborty ..for the State The petitioner submits that he got 44.75 in graduation and thus he was not allowed in 2020 recruitment test.

Learned advocate for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education submits that 2020 recruitment test was over. He passed graduation from Burdwan University in 2011 which shows that he took the admission before 2011.

It is to be considered by the Board whether a candidate, here a reserved category candidate, who took admission in the graduation before 2011, for him getting 45% marks (for the reserved category candidates) is required or not.

Such consideration is to be made by 22nd December, 2022 by calling the petitioner for giving personal hearing in the office of the Board.

This writ application is disposed of.
