This Court has seen the report of the Officer-inCharge, Patashpur Police Station dated February 4, 2022 in the form of an instruction to the Government Pleader. A copy of such report may be given to counsel for the petitioner. The said report is kept with the record. It appears from the report that due steps have been taken by the police. So far as further threats being complained of by the petitioner from the respondent no.10, a formal complaint shall be lodged.

The petitioner shall go and meet the Officer-inCharge, Patashpur Police Station with a copy of the complaint already sent by post. The Officer-in-Charge, Patashpur Police Station shall take appropriate steps in that regard to address the petitioner's grievance. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
