The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious trial and disposal of proceeding being Matrimonial Suit No. 994 of 2023 pending before the Court of the learned Additional District Judge Fast Track Court - II, at Howrah. 2.

Considering the relief prayed for service is dispensed with and the revisional application is dispose of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously preferably within 6 months from the date of communication of this order by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law.
