The report of the Investigating Officer is perused. It appears that the petitioners have not complied with the order dated 31st January, 2025. Moreover, the opinion of Questioned Document Examination Bureau, prima facie, suggests that the signatures of the de-facto complainant have been forged by the petitioners.

On such consideration, the application for anticipatory bail, being CRM(A) 152 of 2025, is dismissed. CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly, disposed of.

The observations made by us in this matter are prima facie and shall not influence the trial.
