It is said by the learned advocate on behalf of the petitioners that the accused petitioners are in custody for 240 days. In the meantime investigation process is over but the charge has not yet been framed by the trial Court. It is further submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that no purpose will be served by detaining the petitioners further behind the bar. So, he prays that the accused petitioners may be enlarged on bail.

Learned advocate for the State raises objection by submitting that there are sufficient incriminating materials in the case diary which show about prima facie involvement of the accused petitioners with the alleged offence. The charge sheet has already been submitted by the prosecution agency

against these accused petitioners. The offence involved in this case is serious in nature. He prays for rejection of the bail prayer filed by the accused petitioner..

Perused the materials on record and have gone through the documents as collected by the investigating agency in course of investigation. Keeping in mind the complicity of these accused petitioners in the alleged offence and after considering the seriousness of the offence, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail, at this stage. 4.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
